All orders are processed as they are received. This may take up to 2 weeks to process. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed and will be communicated to you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. We do not cover the cost of duties and taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer in their region.
